Our mid-strength HAZY PALE. This easy drinking and light tropical NEPA is a hoppy, hazy, mid strength - made with Galaxy, Simcoe and Eldorado hops that wafts Passionfruit, pineapple and papaya.

SESSION IPA. Big notes of passionfruit using local hops from Ryefield throughout the brewing process and locally sourced grain from Voyager. SUPPORT LOCAL AND INDEPENDENT BRANDS.

5. VANILLA MILK STOUT
The beer that put us on the map. A sweet stout with vanilla. We only brewed it as there was a cricket plague in Wagga in 2011 and we needed a dark beer to camouflage the critters, next minute - best speciality beer in Australian International Beer Awards

CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN LAGER
Brewed to deliver a crisp, full flavoured experience that's balanced to perfection.
Using locally sourced base malt with select additions of specialty malts and innovative hop products this beer is clean, uncomplicated and smooth. Not to be overthought but just enjoyed.

9. GREEDY BEAR MODERN MEAD
Massive honey flavour with a clean, crisp finish. This sparkling mead takes your taste buds off the beaten path and into wild territory. Best paired with adventure and mates.

10. BATLOW CLOUDY CIDER
A traditional farmhouse style with a bold Apple sweetness upfront, good body and a clean medium - sweet finish.
We make this refreshing can of Cloudy Cider by crushing 4 Batlow apples. We use the ugly ones, the pretty ones, nothing goes to waste. It’s gluten-free, vegan friendly with no added sugar.
Most of all it tastes bloody good!

Scottish Light Ale
While we will let our pocket rocket stay retired we will consider this one an ode to a classic.

A BIGGER JOLLIER PALE ALE
This special release was produced with Voyager Malt to be a bigger version of the classic Riverfloat and to support local produce with a heart as big as Wagga itself.

13. KoKo Porter
This English Ale is a traditional Robust Porter with ruby highlights from the specialty malt used, which also evokes roasted, cocoa and caramel malt flavours. This malt sweetness is offset by a firm hop bitterness and strong attenuation to give a dry finish on the palate.

15. Brown Snake
SWEET. PUNCHY. REFRESHING.
From the shade of the gateway bridge, beside the Brisbane River comes the aptly named Brown Snake Ginger Beer. A tribute to the weaving brown river through Brisbane, this alcoholic ginger beer is pumped with ginger venom. It's a hit of carbonated and refreshing sweetness followed by a punchy, ginger bite to finish.

Our take on the classic American Pale Ale style beer that basically kick started craft beer. We’ve selected a bunch of Citra & Simcoe hops to create a wave of typical citrus and pine for this style ale.
