Thirsty Crow Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions
1. About the Program
The Crow Points loyalty program (“Program”) is operated by The Thirsty Crow Brewery, located in Wagga Wagga NSW. The Program rewards customers for purchases made in-store by awarding points that can be redeemed for food and drinks.
By joining and using the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (available upon request or via our website).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to join.
Only individual consumers are eligible. Businesses and corporate accounts are not eligible.
You may only register one account per person.
3. Earning and Redeeming Points
Earn 1 Crow Point for every $10 spent in a single transaction on food or beverages.
On Sundays, you will earn double points.
Points are automatically allocated when you provide your phone number at checkout and your account is matched.
Crow Points may be redeemed for specified discounts or rewards on food and drink purchases. Redemption thresholds and options are displayed in venue or can be confirmed with staff.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
We reserve the right to change the earn and redemption rate with reasonable notice.
4. Membership and Account Use
Sign-up must be completed in-venue by speaking with our staff, who will enter your name and phone number into our point-of-sale (POS) system (Impos).
It is your responsibility to ensure your details are accurate and kept up to date.
Points and accounts are non-transferable.
Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of your membership and forfeiture of points.
5. Communications
By joining the Program, you consent to receive transactional communications (e.g. confirmation of point updates or expiry notifications).
Marketing communications are optional and will only be sent if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the links provided in such messages.
6. Privacy & Data Collection
The personal information you provide will be used to administer your membership and the Program. This includes storing your name, phone number and your email address in the Impos system.
We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
You may request access to or correction of your personal data at any time.
7. Changes or Termination
The Thirsty Crow reserves the right to change or discontinue the Program at any time with reasonable notice.
Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
If the Program ends, any unused points will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
